Seize The Moment

Michael Badejo, a former Texas Southern defensive end, has worked tirelessly to fulfill his dream of playing professional football. In life, there may be various obstacles to overcome before we reach our goal or dream so we are fully prepared and gain knowledge for the great things that lie ahead. Michael never gave up, instead he maintained his faith and dedicated more time to mastering his craft. It is no secret that hard work doesn't go unnoticed because there is always someone watching, the same is true of Michael since he is scheduled to work out for the Orlando Guardians of the XFL.

An exceptionally versatile defensive end who can make any play on the football field and provides an unmatched level of intensity to the game that every team needs. Whenever Michael plays, you will always notice him in close proximity to the ball. During his college career, Michael racked up 100 tackles, 12.5 tackles for loss, 10.5 sacks, and three forced fumbles. His final year at TSU was so successful that he was named to the inaugural HBCU Legacy Bowl. In traditional Badejo fashion, he made a strong impression on NFL scouts and left them wanting more. It does not matter that he was underrated, once he reaches the right organization he is sure to become a huge success and they will not be disappointed.
