Isaiah made a crucial decision in January that could influence his chances of making it to the NFL one day. In spite of the difficulty of entering the transfer portal and leaving TSU , he decided to choose a new team. It was not surprising that numerous D1 schools were interested in acquiring his services after his stellar 2022 campaign. Following a careful evaluation of his options, he ultimately decided to enroll at the University of Houston. Isaiah Hamilton hopes to follow in the footsteps of DJ Hayden and William Jackson III, two cornerbacks from the University of Houston who were selected in the first round of the NFL Draft.
