Same Agenda Different Location

In the 2022 Southwestern Athletic Conference football season, there were a number of exciting plays and storylines that kept fans on the edge of their seats. If you were a Texas Southern football fan, you had the opportunity to see cornerback Isaiah Hamilton shift into super Siyan mode and prove why he is regarded as one of the conference's most elite corners. As a quarterback's nightmare, he caught five interceptions (leading the SWAC) and even ranked third in the country in interceptions. Intangibles such as these cannot be taught; they are talents which God has given to him, and if he continues to work hard, he will surely be playing on Sundays.

Growing up, nearly every football player dreamed of playing in the National Football League. Isaiah Hamilton shares the same dream as he is eager to turn his childhood fantasy into reality. Isaiah made a crucial decision in January that could influence his chances of making it to the NFL one day. In spite of the difficulty of entering the transfer portal and leaving TSU , he decided to choose a new team. It was not surprising that numerous D1 schools were interested in acquiring his services after his stellar 2022 campaign. Following a careful evaluation of his options, he ultimately decided to enroll at the University of Houston. Isaiah Hamilton hopes to follow in the footsteps of DJ Hayden and William Jackson III, two cornerbacks from the University of Houston who were selected in the first round of the NFL Draft. As a Texas Southern football fan, I am extremely happy for Isaiah Hamilton and pray that his dream of playing for an NFL team comes true soon.
