Fighting Through Adversity

Fans around the world give the Houston Astros hatred for stealing signs that won them the 2017 championship. No matter what Major League Baseball game you attend, if it includes the Houston Astros there is going to be some type of taunting referring to cheating or a trash can. Instead of collapsing due to negativity and hatred, the Houston Astros accepts it and has a great season so far.

With MLB stadiums returning to 100 percent of their capacity, the Houston Astros have heard every bad word in the book now. This team is unique in many respects from top to bottom. As you go through things like this, it's important to support each other during the good and bad times of the season.

"They can boo, they can yell, they can do whatever they want. But at the end of the day, we have each other's backs and that's all that matters, “ said Astros Left Fielder Michael Brantley.

This team has faced the finest teams in the league and has held up their own. Whether it was a loss or a victory, they have been able to compete on a very high level with anybody. Accumulating a 39-28 and second in the American Leauge West this ball club can make some serious noise in the playoffs this season. There would be no better way to shut up the critics than to win the Commissioner's Trophy. With Jose Altuve, Carlos Correa, Michael Brantley, Alex Bregman, and a host of other great players the winning recipe is obviously there and the hate won't stop them from achieving greatness.
