Best In The Nation

Nathaniel Dell of the Houston Cougars is one of the top wide receivers in college football, possessing all of the essential talents to take over any game of his choice. Last season, he put up a brilliant 1,329 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns, which had Cougars fans on the edge of their seats, eager for more from this explosive wide out. Despite putting up impressive numbers in 2021, he was unable to capture the eye of the college football world. Of course, fans and college football analysts will be drawn to players like Ohio State's Jaxon Smith-Njigba, USC's Mario Williams, LSU's Kayshon Boutte, and a slew of other outstanding wide receivers, but if you haven't seen a U of H football game, Nathaniel can do the same or even better than the individuals described above.

He doesn't let any of it bother him, since he walks onto a football field with a chip on his shoulder. It dates back to his days at Mainland High School in Daytona Beach, Florida. Not being highly recruited out of high school added fuel to his fire to prove all his naysayers wrong. All he needed was an opportunity, which the University of Houston provided, and he has gone on to do amazing things since. They say that history repeats itself, and Nathaniel is eager to show the nation why he is the best wide receiver in college football. With quarterback Clayton Tune returning for his last season, Houston Cougars fan may be in for treat this upcoming season. Having chemistry with your quarterback pays dividends on the field; if Clayton Tune and Nathaniel Dell are on the same page as they were last season, opposing defenses should be scared. Mark my words: Nathaniel "Tank" Dell will not only receive the national recognition he deserves, but he will also solidify his reputation as one of the top wide receivers this season.
