While Odell Beckham Jr. was with the Cleveland Browns, most people thought he'd lost his mojo and wasn't the same spectacular wide receiver we have grown accustomed to seeing. If you watched any Cleveland Browns game at the start of the season, you would see that the team was struggling, and everyone pointed the finger at Odell as the root of the problem. Baker Mayfield and Odell Beckham Jr. failed to find a rhythm or connection, and the offense suffered as a result. Odell had just one option: find a new place to play football. We've all heard that a change of scenery could be beneficial to one's profession. Odell eventually joined the Los Angeles Rams, and the rest is history. He gradually began to revert back to the terrific wide receiver we all knew he was after learning his new team.
Odell has racked up 428 yards and six touchdowns since joining the Rams, and there's no doubt he's hitting his stride and enjoying his current situation. With Robert Woods out due to injury, Odell has come up big for the Rams when they needed him the most. Odell has made several fantastic plays this postseason despite not being the team's number one wide receiver. With an impressive showing in the second half of this season, he showed that he's still that guy. To top it all off, Odell and the Rams will play in the Super Bowl against the San Fransico 49ers. With so much criticism at the start of the season, it appears Odell has the last laugh. Galatians 6:9 "And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up." Odell Beckham Jr. never gave up in the face of adversity, and he is now enjoying incredible success.
