A champion of the Women’s National Basketball Association, two-time WNBA MVP, and Rookie of the Year, Candace Parker's spectacular career speaks for itself. She has achieved so much in her 13 years in the WNBA and guess what people she hasn't done yet. She set off on a new adventure as she has joined the Chicago Sky.
If you look for the word “dominant” in the dictionary, it is defined as the most important, the most powerful or the most influential. Candace is all that wrapped up in one as she played at an incredibly high level while inspiring the next generation of basketball players. Standing at six feet four inches Candace is practically a Swiss army knife arm as she can basically play five positions on the basketball court. Being able to dribble and score the basketball very efficiently has brought her nothing but success that will eventually take her to the Naismith Hall of Fame one day.
While Candace Parke is getting ready for the season, you can still see her on television. You can tune into the NBA on TNT as she breaks down NBA games in a way that everyone will love. Giving the audience a peek into her lengthy basketball knowledge is amazing to hear as she also demonstrates her own moves to show the audience how they are executed. With the WNBA season in view, I wish Candace Parker luck on the season as she returns to her hometown Chicago.
